Because of my frequent expressions of love for my wife, Mandy, I am sometimes asked if I actually worship her. I understand the question. I do openly and often spout on and on about her, but I do not worship her. But, I’m not the only man that loves his wife, so what gives? Why the enthusiasm?
I treasure her so dearly because every time I pray to the One True God for strength, motivation, comfort, happiness, understanding and answers to whatever else might come my way, He answers me with her. She is my gift sent directly from Him and my best worldly evidence that He is not only real, but loves me deeply.
So, in her I can see God’s love for me, but I am fully aware of who He really is.

I think that there are a few people in this world who have lived with someone who was not right for them, whom they had to try everyday to get along with, who made them feel less. When these people find someone who was made just for them, the one who makes living with effortless and fun, the one who fills their life with such joy that they can not help but go on and on and on about it because the love and happiness they give is something they never thought possible. These people never stop marveling that they have been so blessed. And they never should!
